The GPI or Global Precision Instruments provides high quality and performance. It is an ideal choice the time, accurate temperature measurement is a top most priority. The Bimetal Thermometer Thermowells are recommended in order to get the dampened movement protected otherwise, that could result from the contact with pressurized, corrosive, flowing, viscous, or abrasive process fluids.

Even they also enable removal of the thermometers for replacement or service without affecting the entire process.

The model Bimetal Thermometer Thermowell has been developed in accordance with the EN 13190 standard and still is in manufacturing process. These Thermometers meet the high requirements of this process industries. In the industries of chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power engineering and shipbuilding, the temperature measuring instrument manufactured from stainless steel is in use.

  • 304 stainless steel construction standard and 316 stainless steel also available.
  • Accommodate 2.5 through 12 inch thermometer stem lengths in reduced, taped shank configurations.

Technical data

1/2 inch female NPSM straight pipe thread for the mechanical joint standard. Along with that female G1/2B connection also available.

ASME B16.5 raised flange, 3-A- complaint sanitary Kwik-Clamp, threaded and weld socket.

Other protection

However, the high ingress protection and liquid damping, operation under high vibration condition of the thermometer is possible.

The model 54 is there to satisfy the high requirements of the resistance that is against the aggressive media. In order to allow the optimum fitting of the process, individual insertion lengths along with the different process connections can be selected.

The casing, stem and also the process connection can be made from 316Ti.
